Context & challenge
A cultural heritage project needs more than a digital presence. It needs a way to connect places, stories and people across languages, channels and partner organisations.
Strategic response
For the UNESCO-supported Patrimoine des Comores project, I built the website and editorial strategy from the ground up, developed multilingual content and coordinated the local association, project partners and UNESCO teams. The channel strategy spanned Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
A digital foundation and the skills to use it.
I travelled to the Comoros to train local journalists in social media. Alongside the digital platform, I coordinated the association, project partners and UNESCO teams through the World Heritage inscription process. The work combined practical training with visibility KPI reporting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
The tangible outputs were a website, a multilingual editorial approach and social media training for local journalists. The work connected editorial strategy, hands-on production, local training and partner coordination throughout the project.
